1. Spot checks of production premises may be carried out at the discretion of the organisers. 2. If you have public liability insurance, please submit evidence with your application form. An insurance broker’s letter will not suffice. 3. The selection of applicants for a display is at the discretion of the Ballina Salmon Festival event organisers. 4. Each participant shall be fully set up by 10am on the event day and spaces should not be dismantled before 5pm 5. While public car parking will be available in the vicinity of the main streets, please be aware that traffic movements may be restricted between 10am and 6pm on the event day. 6. The allocation of stalls within the Town is at the discretion of the organisers. 7. All stands/allocated areas must be finished to a high standard in terms of decoration and presentation and kept neat and tidy always. Participants must provide their own table covers, if using festival stalls. 8. Those requesting a stall will be supplied with a 6’x4’ Stall Please note that new requests for furniture on the day of the event will not be facilitated. 9. Exhibitors are responsible for litter control around their stands. 10. Please dress in period costume if feasible.
